how can I charge my camera battery while on a camping trip?

I do have a battery charger (plugs into a wall outlet)… does anyone know of a small generator or maybe a battery that gives power to an AC outlet that I could take along? It wouldn’t take much power to charge my battery, I just need a way to do it from the top of a mountain.
No cars.. this is the top of a mountain!

will you have a car? you can buy an adaptor that plugs into your lighter for about $10
you can get a solar generator
There are car plugins that fit into your car and the other in your phone. The are alternatives if you aren’t using a car. You can buy power backs that store up high amounts of power for using lights, phones and so on.
In the back country the only way is to get a solar charger/generator.
solar chargers, what’s the voltage and amperage on the plug?
I got mine at canadian tire for $200, but it must be more affordable in the USA.

edit** I have a mini camcorder made by jazz that’s HD and shuts itself off when you close the viewing screen, I paid $200 for it and it works beautifully. I’ve left it without charging it for a month!! and it still worked fine when I picked it up, wicked battery life and it takes forever for the battery to die, maybe a continuous 8 hours, accidently hit record and it recorded for 2 hours and then stayed on for 6 more hours! I know this because of the clock on the recorded video
Ok, wow, it looks like your going to have to spend a bit of money any way you go, and to carry a generator up a mountain is really hard work, plus you would have to carry fuel. I guess the best way for you to go is to bite the bullet and get a solar recharger. It would be great if you did get a generator because it could be used for several occasions, but here it is not practical. You can also try cutting the camera off when your not taking pics, but it would only give you about 2 or 3 days at most.

I use a solar yard light to recharge batteries when I go camping….they are cheap and come with batteries…….it takes all day to recharge them and they need to be in sunlight but they do work and they are cheap…….this depends on your camera using AA batteries…….mine does
I use a small solar panel to recharge my SLA’s that I use for my backpack ham radio station.
The panel is from Volkswagen! They ship cars with a solar panel to keep the batteries alive in transit and storage. Then the dealer pulls out the panels and can sell them or return them to Volkswagen. They end up on eBay for about $15.00 each.
